Please help!

OK - there's a website I found called Dolce Pics that has a fun little segment every Tuesday called What's Your Play? They post a picture, then you take your photo editing software and play away! Then you can post a link to your pic on their site. My problem is deciding which picture to post, since I now have 7 variations (not that you have to pick just one - I did 3 last week!). So, I need you to help me pick. Here's the original:

She did it!

Well, after much cajoling and pleading, it's finally done! A's finished with her training wheels! As you can see, one of them was pretty much shredded! We celebrated with a family ride in the park yesterday. Yay!

Well, you can tell I'm new to blogging. When I set this up, I checked to moderate comments, then promptly forgot about it. Today I was going to post and there on screen it said I had 9 comments to moderate! Whoops! My apologies to all of you. I wasn't being rude by ignoring you. I'm just a dork. (As further proof of this, I kept wondering why I hadn't received ANY comments on any posts! Yes, go ahead and laugh at me - I know you want to!)
















To answer the questions I've had about my photo editing, I use Adobe Photoshop Elements 6. I had version 3 for years, and just started getting onto the more artistic side of it (as opposed to just fixing red eye and cropping) when I upgraded this summer. I have found lots of related info, tutorials, and products online. I can share if anyone's interested.

First day

A had her first day of school this week. She went last year, so she had several friends in the class, and was SO excited to start again. She was awake at 6:30 that morning! Then, at breakfast, she said, "Mommy, do you know why I'm smiling at you? Because today is my first day of school!" The first day theme was cowboys and cowgirls, so we did what we could. This meant an old, smooshed-up hat and a bandana (pink, of course!). I had fun playing with some of the pictures in PSE.

Well, I finally figured out how to change a picture to sepia color in Elements 6! (And the help menu and Photoshop Elements 6 for Dummies book were absolutely NO HELP!!!)

Overheard

We've been having quite a problem with fruit flies lately. They have been much better recently, but when I was peeling an onion this evening A asked, "Mommy, do vegetable flies like veggies?"
